ISO 9001:2015

Our entire quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. This covers design review, procurement, production, inspection, testing, corrective action, and continuous improvement — every process, not just assembly. Third-party audited annually.

IPC-A-610 Class 2 & 3

Inspection and acceptance per IPC-A-610 Revision H. Class 2 for commercial and industrial electronics. Class 3 for high-reliability applications — automotive, medical, aerospace, and critical industrial equipment. Certified inspectors on staff.

IPC J-STD-001

All soldering processes comply with IPC J-STD-001 Requirements for Soldering Electrical and Electronic Assemblies. Covers flux selection, solder alloy, process parameters, and workmanship standards.

RoHS 2.0 Compliance

All lead-free assemblies comply with EU RoHS 2.0 (Directive 2011/65/EU). We use SAC305 (Sn96.5/Ag3.0/Cu0.5) solder alloy as standard for lead-free production. Declaration of RoHS compliance provided with each shipment.

REACH Compliance

Manufacturing processes and supply chain comply with REACH (EC 1907/2006) regulations for control of substances of very high concern (SVHC) in electronic assemblies.

Registered under India's Make in India electronics manufacturing programme. Our customers are eligible for PLI (Production-Linked Incentive) and SPECS scheme benefits on products manufactured with our assemblies.

6-Stage Inspection

Six Inspection Stages — Nothing Gets Through Unchecked

Every board passes through six independent quality gates before it leaves our facility.

Incoming Component Inspection

Every component received is inspected before entering production. We verify manufacturer, part number, date code, lot number, package condition, and authenticity. Components from unverified or grey-market sources are refused — regardless of price or lead time pressure.

SPI — Solder Paste Inspection

After solder paste printing, 100% of boards pass through SPI. Solder deposits are measured for volume, area, height, and alignment. Any board with deviation is removed before components are placed. Defects caught here cost 10× less to fix than after reflow.

AOI After Placement

After SMT component placement, 100% of boards pass through AOI. At this stage, AOI detects missing components, wrong polarity, wrong component type, and placement offset — before reflow, when corrections are easiest and cheapest.

AOI After Reflow

A second AOI pass after reflow inspects 100% of boards for solder bridges, solder balls, tombstoning, lifted leads, open solder joints, and other post-reflow defects. Both AOI passes are independently recorded.

X-Ray Inspection

All boards with BGA, QFN, LGA, or other hidden-joint packages are X-rayed to verify solder joint quality. X-Ray checks void content, bridges, incomplete ball collapse, and coplanarity. Applied 100% or on sampling basis per your requirement.

ICT & Functional Test

In-circuit test verifies all components are present, correct value, and correctly soldered. Functional test powers the board and verifies it operates to specification. We implement your functional test procedure or develop one based on your product requirements.

Traceability

Full Lot-Level Component Traceability — Reel to Board

Every component on every board assembled by Rionyx Industries is traceable to its source reel or shipment. We record manufacturer, part number, date code, lot number, distributor, CoC reference, incoming inspection result, and production order. If a component quality issue ever arises — in our factory or in the field — we can identify every affected board in minutes.
