100% inspection of solder paste deposits after printing — before components are placed. Checks volume, area, height, and alignment. Defects caught here cost 10× less to fix than after reflow.

AOI — Automated Optical Inspection

100% AOI after placement (checks placement accuracy) and after reflow (checks solder quality). Catches missing components, wrong orientation, solder bridges, and open joints.

X-Ray Inspection

BGA, QFN, and LGA packages are X-rayed to verify hidden solder joint quality. Checks for voids, bridges, and incomplete ball collapse. Available 100% or on sampling basis.

ICT — In-Circuit Test

Verifies all components are present, correctly placed, correct value, and correctly soldered. Catches population errors, wrong component values, and solder opens.

Boards are powered up and tested for functional operation per your test specification. We can implement your functional test procedure or develop one from your product spec.

IPC-A-610 Visual Inspection

All boards visually inspected by IPC-A-610 certified operators to Class 2 or Class 3 acceptability criteria. Written inspection reports provided with shipment.

Conformal Coating

Conformal coating protects PCB assemblies from moisture, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes. We offer acrylic (AR), silicone (SR), and urethane (UR) coatings applied by selective spray or full-board dip.
