What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 boards per production run. We are a high-volume
EMS company built for runs of 1,000 to 500,000+ boards. We do not offer prototype or small-batch
assembly.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Within 24 hours for all complete RFQs (with Gerber files and BOM). For partial
enquiries with specs only, we provide a ballpark estimate and follow up within 24 hours for missing
information.
Do you source components for turnkey orders?
Yes. In turnkey mode we source all components from authorised distributors only β
Digi-Key, Mouser, Arrow, Avnet. No grey market. No brokers. Full lot traceability on all components.
What is your standard lead time?
Standard: 15β25 working days from order confirmation and component availability.
Express (10β15 days) and Rush (5β10 days) are available at additional cost, subject to production slot
confirmation.
Can you handle BGA and fine-pitch ICs?
Yes. We handle BGA at all pitches including 0.4mm micro-BGA, QFN, LGA, CSP, and
fine-pitch QFP to 0.4mm pitch. All BGA assemblies are X-rayed to verify joint quality.
What countries do you export to?
USA, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia, and
more. Full export documentation β Certificate of Origin, RoHS/REACH declarations, AWB β included with
every international shipment.
Is DFM review free?
Yes, always. DFM review is free for all customers as part of the RFQ process. We
review your Gerber files and BOM and provide a written DFM report before confirming the order.
What quality testing is included?
Every order includes SPI, 100% AOI, X-Ray (for BGA/QFN), ICT, and functional testing.
IPC-A-610 Class 2 or Class 3 visual inspection. Full quality report ships with every order.
Can I visit your facility?
Yes. We welcome customer visits to our Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad facility. Please contact
us in advance to schedule a factory tour. We are happy to show you our production line, inspection
equipment, and quality systems.
Do you offer NDA / confidentiality?
Yes. We sign NDAs before reviewing design files if required. Your Gerber files, BOM,
and firmware are stored securely and never shared. We do not manufacture copies of customer designs.
